Spicy Shrimp Pizza Quickie 1/4 teaspoon oregano -- dried
6 ounces shrimp -- cooked
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 1/2 ounces low-fat swiss cheese -- shredded
2 ounces pita bread
Cut pita in half so that there are two round pieces.
Top with swiss cheese, oregano, shrimp, onion, monterey jack and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
