Quick and Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 large onion -- sliced thin
1 red pepper -- sliced thin
12 ounces broccoli florets -- cut into small
1/2 cup water
1/4 stir-fry sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked sliced chicken
rice or couscous
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
