Quick and Easy Wine Cake 1 (1 lb. 2.25 oz.) vanilla cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. sherry
Scant tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric beater, about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased angel food or Bundt cake pan. Bake about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool in pan about 5 minutes before turning out on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
