Quick Draw Gazpacho 4 c Tomato juice
4 c Beef consomme'
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
3 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
4 lg Cloves garlic
4 Ice cubes
4 Tomatoes, chopped
2 Cucumbers, chopped
2 Green peppers, seeded and chopped
10 Green onions, chopped
1/2 c Minced parsley
Put first eight ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend
for 1 minute. Or, mince garlic, omit ice cubes and add 1/2 c water
and mix ingredients by hand. Chill until serving time. Serve
chopped vegetables in individual bowls for guests to add as they wish.
