Quick Red Velvet Cake

1 Yellow cake mix
5 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1 c Lowfat buttermilk
2 tb Cocoa
2 oz Red food coloring

Mix following the package directions and add the buttermilk, cocoa and food coloring. Cook according to cake box instructions.
