Quickie Chicken L'orange 1 Chicken, skinned and cut in eight pieces
3 oz Orange juice concentrate
1 tb Low sodium soy sauce
2 tb Sugarless orange marmalade
1 tb Minced garlic
1 tb Cornstarch, optional
2 tb Cold water, optional
Preheat oven to 325F. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, marmalade and
garlic and pour over chicken in a baking dish. Cover and bake until
chicken is tender. If desired, mix cornstarch and water; stir into
